Belgian Air Force North American Harvard 4KA (armed) H-221 leaving Kamina airbase on 18 August 1962 after a refueling stop on delivery flight to the Congolese Air Force at Leopoldville. The other aircraft involved, all devoid of their nationality markings, were H-22, 23, 34, 35, and 220.
