Embraer ERJ135 & ERJ145

Twin engined 37 & 50-seat mid-range passenger aircraft

   In order to replace eight ageing liaison aircraft (five Fairchild Merlin IIIA and three Hawker Siddeley HS748) four Embraer regional were purchase in two different types. The ERJ135 seats 37 passengers and the ERJ145 can transport 50 passengers. They were primarily used for liaison flights within Europe and were retired from Belgian Air Force service at the end of 2020.
