Gloster Meteor F.4 EF-3 of the Jachtvliegschool/Ecole de Chasse at Koksijde lost its nose wheel on take off. The pilot made a successful belly landing at Koksijde airbase, but the aircraft was a write off. Notice that the Meteor was camouflaged.
