Since its creation in 1911 the air arm of the Belgian Military Forces has gone through a lengthy and complex evolution to ultimately become the small but very potent Belgian Air Force it is today. With the (equipment) Orders of Battle (OOB's) we try to guide you through the complex succession of growth, downsizing, reorganisations, two wars, consecutive influence of countries such as France, Britain and the United States and domestic aircraft production.
