Dewoitine D.9-C1 & D.19-C1

The Dewoitine D.9 C-1 was a nine-cylinder Jupiter radial engine powered version of the original D.1 and one example was obtained by the Aéronautique Militaire for evaluation purposes in the late twenties.

The Dewoitine D.19 C.1 was also a development of the D.1, but this time powered by a 450hp Hispano-Suiza engine, and with a new long-span wing. Also from this type of Dewoitine, the Aéronautique Militaire obtained a copy for evaluation purposes.
