On the background of these extremely rare photographs one can depict a Hanriot H.D. 14 which saw service in the Aviation Militaire. The pictures were taken at the pilot training field at Asch in 1922-23. Although not confirmed so far, this aircraft most probably was obtained for evaluation purposes as it was in direct competition with the Avro 504K, fifty-eight of which were obtained by the Aviation Militaire.
