This Tipsy S-2 was registered OO-ARL to Gosselies based E. Tips on 05 August 1936. A few days later, on 11 August 1936 the aircraft
was sold to famous cycling champion Jef "Poeske" Scherens. The aircraft is seen at Evere aerodrome with "Poeske" at the controls. In May 1940 the Tipsy was seized by the German forces. (Info Luc Wittemans)
