Keerbergen airfield pictures in the early fifties. The first activities on Keerbergen airfield can be retraced back to 1932 and from 1946 onwards the principal user of the field was the company “COGEA” (Compagnie Générale d'Exploitation Aéronautique SA).  When the Cogea was transferred to Brussels in 1958, the airfield gradually lost its use and in 1961 it was decided to cease all activities at Keerbergen.
