21st of July 2013 Air Parade as seen from Melsbroek


This year's Belgian National Day Air Parade was different in many aspects as the previous editions not the least because it also coincided with the crowning of the new King Filip but also because the alignment and sequence was different. This is a photo report of the activities related to the 2013 Air Parade as seen from Melsbroek airbase.

Three Lockheed C-130 Hercules transport (CH-11, CH-12 & CH-13) participated in the Air Parade.




Take off of from Melsbroek.

Embraer CRJ-145 CE-04 joins the parade.




German Luftwaffe Transall C.160 50+92 returning after a successful parade over Belgium's capital Brussels. This Transall was one of a small number of foreign aircraft participating in the parade accentuating the cooperative role of the BelgiumDefence within several international organisations.
